These terms apply to your use of UpBoard through the web app, mobile app, or an approved iOS wrapper.

1. Use of UpBoard

UpBoard is a professional dealership management service. You may use it only through an authorized account approved by UpBoard or an authorized dealership workspace.

2. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity performed through your account. Do not share your password or access another user's account without authorization.

3. Dealership Data

Dealership workflow data, sales records, schedule records, pipeline activity, and operational reports may belong to or be controlled by the dealership that manages the workspace. Your professional profile may include verified career and performance information connected to your UpBoard account.

4. Acceptable Use

5. Manager and Coaching Features

Manager tools are intended for professional dealership operations, coaching, performance support, and workflow management. Dealerships are responsible for using these tools fairly and in compliance with applicable employment, privacy, and workplace laws.

6. Availability

We work to keep UpBoard reliable, but the service may be unavailable because of maintenance, internet issues, hosting issues, or events outside our control.

7. Account Deletion

You can initiate deletion inside the app. Some business records may be retained where required for legal, tax, accounting, security, audit, or dealership recordkeeping reasons.
