Information we collect
UpBoard processes your name, email, optional phone number, role, dealership, language, profile settings and sign-in information. Your workspace also stores customer and vehicle details, queue activity, sales and financing figures, commissions, schedules, requests and professional performance records entered by authorized staff.
Photos and support
Photos are optional. The app accesses the camera or images you select only when you choose to upload a profile image or attach an image to a support report. Support submissions include your account, dealership, message, attachments and technical details shown in the report form. Do not include passwords or customer financial documents in support reports.
How information is used
Information is used to operate and secure your dealership workspace, synchronize queue and deal activity, manage schedules, calculate business reports, maintain professional profiles and respond to support requests. UpBoard does not include advertising trackers or sell personal information.
Notifications
With your permission, the iPhone app registers a device token with Apple Push Notification service. Notifications contain a generic update message; customer details and financial amounts stay inside the authenticated app. You can disable notifications in iPhone Settings. Signing out removes the device registration from your UpBoard session.
Access and service providers
Workspace information is available to authorized staff according to their dealership and permissions. Profile visibility follows your profile settings and the workspace access rules. UpBoard administrators and providers of hosting, databases, email and Apple push delivery process information needed to operate and support the service. Secure TV links display limited queue and showroom information.
Security and device storage
Passwords are hashed. The app uses HTTPS and stores its sign-in token in the iPhone Keychain. Private documents use authenticated requests; documents shared through the native share sheet are controlled by the destination you choose. Temporary sharing files are removed after the share sheet closes. The app hides its workspace in the app switcher.
Account deletion and retention
In Settings, choose Delete Account and confirm with your current password. If your account is waiting for dealership access, Delete Account is available on that screen too. Deletion removes your sign-in identity, profile, career history, personal schedules and requests, support submissions, device tokens and active sessions. The app signs you out on all devices. Dealership transaction and reporting records remain with your account and profile details removed. Uploaded profile images and rendered reports are removed through a retryable cleanup process. Copies in hosting backups follow the hosting backup retention cycle; contact support for details about your workspace or a deletion request.
Your choices and contact
You can edit your profile, change language, manage profile visibility and notification permissions, or contact support for access, correction and deletion questions.
